The Life and Times of "Cannonball"

As many of you know, Starting in Mid 2001, I took a bit of a hiatus to get involved in racing from the inside - not just owning, but driving as well. What started as an innocent little foray into amateur driving competitions grew into parimutuel races against the pros 12 months a year at tracks all over the United States, including the Meadowlands, Freehold and Pocono Downs. The following are 10 multiple choice questions about the racing career to date of Steve "Cannonball" Markoff.

Note that the answers to ALL of these questions can be independently verified or researched by anyone who wishes. While it helps to have followed the racing career of Cannonball, it is not neccessary in order to find the answers to these questions.
